Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of the regional managers and deputy general managers in charge, responsible for the prevention and resolution of technical problems in the field, complete the audit, issuance and other related work of the responsible project;

2. Cooperate with the construction units and supporting units to conduct proper project pre-planning, make strict control of the construction process, with serious responsibility for the completion of project audit.

Job Requirements:

1. College and above; building intelligent, computer, electronics, automation and other related science and engineering major;

2. Familiar with national norms and standards, understand construction quotas, technology, master the company's management procedures, regulations and requirements;

3. Qualifications certified by the construction competent administrative departments, with the overall project control ability, ability to properly handle the relations with Party A, supervision, general contractor, design, industry authorities and other parties;

4. More than 5 years of intelligent project construction management experience, with intermediate and above title. Decent benefits will be provided for personnel with construction technician class I certification.
